Saperavi Biodynamic 2018 comes from the 2ha+ biodynamic plot in Tsinandali Estate that is both a bit lower and a bit closer to the windy Kisiskhevi canyon. The harvest was extremely small (1233 bottles + 50 magnums) and no oak was employed, so varietal fruits of Saperavi are untouched making it a quintessential Qvevri red of Kakheti.
