Terroir
The biodynamic vineyard of Tsinandali lies along the eastern slope of the Tsinandali PDO, encompassing 2.5 hectares surrounded by oak forest and a ravine. Oriented toward the morning sun, it enjoys excellent exposure and natural balance. The soils - a harmonious blend of clay and limestone - provide ideal conditions for vitality and depth. Cultivated according to biodynamic principles and guided by the lunar calendar, this vineyard reflects our commitment to working in rhythm with nature, honouring the living energy of the land.
Viticulture
This vineyard is tended with exceptional care and precision. In accordance with biodynamic principles, vineyard work follows the lunar phases and relies solely on natural preparations, such as herbal infusions made from local plants. Only low-concentration copper and sulfur solutions are used as chemical treatments, ensuring vine health while preserving the vitality of the surrounding ecosystem.

Vinification
Saperavi grapes, hand-harvested and carefully selected from the biodynamic vineyard, underwent fermentation in stainless steel tanks with full skin contact at 23-25 °C and minimal intervention. The wine was bottled unfiltered, preserving its natural depth and authenticity.
